Microsoft added WGA to windows to stop piracy, now apple didn’t, but really, OSX(original versions) will only run on MAC machines, so it’s pointless. and the different versions (like basic and starter) are for low end machines, and HP, BIZ, and Ultimate are for high end. and Ultimate has stuff that u really don’t need, Home Premium is fine

If your system you …
If your system you are building is that powerful, I can conclude that you are going to be a power user. If you want to use professional programs (Photoshop, Finale) then you would have to get Premium, as some programs do not work with Basic. Hope this helps!

yeah but im making my own pc. 4 gig ram. I want a 64 bit os but im worried it may not work with some softwares. I dunno. Anyways my pc is 4 gig ram, 1 tb 7200 sata hard drive, intell quad 2.66, and an nvidia geforce 9800 gtx+ 512 mb graphics card. So yeah. BTW are there alot of progarms that dont work on 64 bit?

vista works fine on my notebook but for one problem. Windows vista will randomly kick me off the internet. My wireless g router works fine and my broad band connection is fine. But vista has some kind of driver problem. It makes me so mad i want to switch to xp. why it happens at random for no reason why vista why.
